Order Processing
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Bioelements Australia.
We aim for all orders to be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed, this might vary is times of high demand or sale periods and holiday seasons.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will aim to be processed by close of business the Monday after.
Orders placed after 2:00pm Sydney Australia time, will aim to be processed on the next business day.
Majority of orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt via Australia Post.
Orders are processed (excluding holidays) Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 2:00pm Sydney Australia Time.
Most orders with 2-Day Express or Standard Overnight will be shipped the same business days if the order is placed by 9am Sydney Australia Time.
We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside Australia.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only orders that are authorized will be processed and shipped.

Standard Australia Post
Orders must be placed by 9 am Sydney Time (excluding weekends and holidays) in order to be processed and shipped the same day during these periods, depending on product availability. all shipments within Australia are expected to be delivered in 3-5business days from shipment, not including holidays (or weekends in some areas).
Standard Delivery Rates
All shipments are a Flat rate of $9.90 and Free shipping on any orders over $150.00
Express Shipping is unavailable at this time.
Multiple Ship-to Addresses
Bioelements.com.au does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order.
Please place the items in the shopping bag that you wish to be sent to one location and send order.
You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to your order confirmation page with the updated tracking number for your package. You may click on the tracking number to be re-directed to the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your order.
Order cancellations:
To cancel an order you just placed on bioelements.com.au, please email Bioelements Customer Service at info@bioelements.com.au (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Sydney Time).
Please know that we make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can return your products for a full refund within 14 days from the ship date (less shipping charges).
Returns:
Please note we do not refund for change of mind. all sales are final unless faulty, reaction or approved by the bioelements.com.au returns team.
To return your product, please Email Our Team at info@bioelements.com.au.
After submitting your return request, you will need to:
Box the item(s)
Print the return label, which will be attached in the email you receive after submitting your return
Ship the package via a local Australia Post facility or Australia Post drop box
For other issues, or if an incorrect product was received, please Bioelements Customer Service within 14 days of purchase at info@bioelments.com.au (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Sydney Time ).
Be sure to double-check your ship-to address before you complete your order. Bioelements Australia will not replace or refund shipments when an incorrect address was entered at checkout.
Typically, packages shipped via Australia Post should be delivered to you within 3-5 business after the ship date.
Bioelements Australia will replace (not refund) orders that have been lost or damaged during Shipment but not once delivered to your Door.
If your package is damaged or lost: fill out our Contact Us form with your contact and order information within 7 days after stated delivery date.
If your package is lost: fill out our Contact Us form with your contact and order information within 7 days after the last checkpoint listed by shipper.
